Qualifications

• Prompt and accurate data entry into the CRM.
• Automotive experience a plus.
• Comfort with high call volumes daily.
• Strong computer and internet skills including MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Coachable and able to follow word tracks.
• Customer service, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated and positive team player.
• Able to sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls to book appointments.
• Receive inbound service calls and coordinate schedules with service advisors.
• Manage inbound inquiries and route calls appropriately.
• Identify customer needs or concerns accurately.
• Direct customers to product information resources online.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
• Learn product updates, features, and benefits to customers.
• Set personal goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.
• Respond quickly to calls, internet leads, and live chat inquiries.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
