Job summary

BMW of Denver Downtown, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments through internet inquiries. You will respond promptly, manage customer data in the CRM, and maintain high-quality interactions to drive scheduling and loyalty.

This role requires strong phone skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
