Job summary

BMW of Denver Downtown is seeking an E-Sales Agent to engage with customers who contact the dealership about purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. The goal is to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership.

The agent will handle internet inquiries and phone calls, establishing contact and a great first impression with our customers. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools and CRM software to manage the initial guest engagement process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience.
• Ability to multi-task and achieve goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address questions.
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information.
• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Manage follow-up with all active guests.
• Maintain KPI awareness and outreach cadence.
