Job summary

L0851 Kia of North Tucson is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to support the Service team. The role focuses on scheduling, customer follow-up, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth shop operations and excellent customer experiences.

You will handle service calls, reminders, appointment confirmations, and data entry while maintaining accurate records. A friendly, professional demeanor and basic math with cash handling are valued. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service.
• Cash handling experience.
• Efficient typing skills with accuracy.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Comfort learning new systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling and service inquiries.
• Make outbound follow-up calls, appointment confirmations, and service reminders.
• Schedule service appointments to support shop efficiency.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in dealership systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment details, vehicle status updates, and service recommendations.
• Monitor service leads, emails, and online inquiries.
• Support Service Advisors and the Service Department with administrative tasks.
• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience with every customer interaction.

Dealership: L0851 Kia of North Tucson Kia of North Tucson Hiring: Service BDC Administrator Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
