Lithia & Driveway, at L0324 Subaru of South Hills in McMurray, PA, is seeking a deal paperwork specialist earning $24/hour. You will manage DMV coordination and all deal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Business Office, processing documents digitally, and maintaining timely fund delivery. A strong customer-service orientation and precise communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Urgency and attention to detail in processing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations with the customer around deal paperwork and DMV process.
• Create and complete all deal related paperwork in DMS, bank approvals, and protection products systems.
• Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, including trade paperwork.
• Process all paperwork to meet Business Office and DMV/lender requirements.
• Expedites DMV transactions for in-state deals and coordinates out-of-state deals as needed.
• Scan or send all deal documents to the Deal Posting team or dealership accountant.
• Work with Business Office to track receivables and follow up on outstanding items.

What You'll Do

• Sets clear expectations with the customer around the deal paperwork and DMV process, including any follow up questions
• Create and complete all deal related paperwork (including DMV) in DMS, bank approval systems and protection product systems (where applicable)
• Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, including trade paperwork if applicable
• Process all paperwork and ensures it meets the needs of the Business Office (including proof of delivery), state specific DMV and lender requirements.
• Expedites processing of DMV transactions for in-state deals and timely coordination of out of state deals with Interstate DMV Coordinator or DMV provider, as applicable
• Scan / send all deal documentation to the Deal Posting team in the Regional Business Office or Dealership Accountant in a stand-alone business office
• Work with Business Office to track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.
