Job summary

Southtowne Motors of Newnan is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Call Center Representative to support our service department. You will schedule service appointments and collect needed information from customers to keep records up to date.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume call environment, possess strong computer skills, and be able to work independently. Weekend and overtime availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in automotive environment is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
