Job Description

Schedule service appointments for auto repairs and sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule no-show appts. Answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers about vehicle pricing, availability & more!

Responsibilities

• Answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information about price, availability, and more!
• Answer questions in a professional and pleasant manner using scripts to guide your responses
• Schedule sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.

Requirements

• Auto BDC experience is preferred
• A positive and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Call center/customer service experience is a plus
