Job summary

GTT is a leading networking and security as a service provider. We seek an engineer to provide break/fix support across the global network, ensuring reliable connectivity for multinational customers.

You will own incidents through to resolution, configure network devices, and support service migrations. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver stable, secure platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Telco or Service Provider environment.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution.
