GTT is seeking a Senior Service Assurance Engineer to join our global network operations. You will troubleshoot network issues, manage incidents through resolution, and ensure a stable, high-performing environment while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
• Experience with Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP.
• Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

At GTT, our Service Assurance Team manages and maintains GTT’s international network, delivering exceptional support to customers worldwide. As a Service Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential
