Job summary

GTT seeks an Operations Engineer, Network Solutions to troubleshoot network issues, manage incidents, and maintain a stable, high-performing network environment for customers worldwide.

You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues, configure devices, and support migrations while maintaining documentation and following best practices. Remote role with extended hours and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
• Experience with Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP.
• Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

At GTT , our Service Assurance Team manages and maintains GTT’s international network, delivering exceptional support to customers worldwide. As an Operations Engineer, Network Solutions you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential
