Job summary

Bobby Rahal Acura in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Service Assistant to support our busy Service department. You will handle cashiering, schedule service appointments, process warranty claims, and provide admin support.

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to grow into a Service Advisor, with on-the-job training and a friendly team. The position pays $17.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to spend a large part of the workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like handling cashiering duties so clients can pay their service invoices, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, processing warranty claims, and providing general administrative support. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
