Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Central PA Region is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in State College, PA. You will greet customers, collect vehicle concerns, and coordinate between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and accurate estimates.

You will present honest labor and parts recommendations, obtain approvals, and ensure correct billing. A solid customer-service background and dealership experience are highly valued.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior dealership / automotive experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and field calls to schedule service appointments.

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

What You'll Do

In this position, you field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments, and when they drop their vehicle off at the dealership you greet them with a smile and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns. You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly.
