Bobby Rahal Acura in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Service Assistant to support our busy Service department. You will handle cashiering, schedule service appointments, process warranty claims, and provide admin support.

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to grow into a Service Advisor, with on-the-job training and a friendly team. The position pays $17.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to spend a large part of the workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering duties so clients can pay service invoices.
• Answer phones to schedule service appointments.
• Process warranty claims and provide general administrative support.
