Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound calls and managing service inquiries.
• Ability to follow up with customers and book appointments.
• Comfort using CRM and scheduling tools to document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers needing maintenance or repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and maximize appointment opportunities.
• Follow up with customers who haven’t scheduled or missed appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live-chat inquiries.
• Use CRM and scheduling systems to document calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Make 60-65 outgoing calls daily.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and service advisors.
• Work toward appointment and performance goals.
• Participate in training and process-improvement meetings.
