Qualifications

• Experience in call center or high-volume customer service preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Xtime.
• Excellent communication and empathetic handling of objections.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service inquiries and website leads within minutes.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
• Conduct 160+ daily outbound touches for reminders and follow-ups.
• Log interactions with 100% accuracy in CRM/Xtime.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs for call volume and appointment rates.
• Promote current service specials and maintenance packages to upsell.
