Oakes Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Agent to support the service department through inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up to improve CSI and traffic. • Previous customer service or phone-based experience is preferred.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
• Make outbound calls to support service retention, appointment follow-up, missed appointment recovery, and customer communication efforts
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives, CSI goals, and dealership service processes while maintaining professionalism during customer interactions
• Assist with special order parts communication, appointment confirmations, and administrative follow-up tasks
• Work closely with the service department team to support daily operations and adapt to changing responsibilities throughout the day
• Assist in professionally de-escalating upset customer situations and helping provide positive service experiences
