Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with ability to elevate employees for future roles.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and finance processes.
• Proficiency with CRM and DMS systems (e.g., Route One, Dealertrack, Tekion, Reynolds, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Managers and Product Specialists to strengthen leadership and operational effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct coaching sessions focused on leadership development.
• Model a positive, guest-first culture that inspires the sales team and promotes internal leadership development.
• Conduct workshops and role-plays to enhance sales leadership and deal structure knowledge.
• Oversee daily sales operations through Sales Managers, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.
