Job summary

Casey Volkswagen is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The Appointment Coordinator schedules and manages service appointments, and communicates with customers about recalls, status, and satisfaction while performing related administrative duties.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. Flexible Saturdays and a Monday–Saturday schedule with no Sundays are included, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
Previous dealership experience a plus.
Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
Must be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team player.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage service appointments for customers.
Contact customers regarding recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service.
Perform various administrative duties as part of the service team.
