Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, call centers, or reception.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with CRM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Follow up on recommended maintenance and recalls.
• Contact missed appointments to improve retention.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
• Maintain customer data in CRM and scheduling software.
• Support service campaigns and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions.
