The Lia Group is seeking Service BDC Appointment Coordinators to join the service team in New York. You will make outbound calls to schedule and follow up on service appointments, answer questions, and refer complex issues to management. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Requirements include organization, enthusiasm, and a professional appearance, with a clean driver's license. Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus but not required.
