Job summary

Kelly Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will manage service appointments, respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, and confirm scheduled visits to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include following up with customers, advising maintenance recommendations, and supporting service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone, email and chat after each appointment
• Actively listen to customers, answering questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
• Advise maintenance recommendations
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
• Assist with managing service loaner fleet
• Assist with daily scanning of reports
• Assist service advisors and service manager on daily tasks as needed
