Serra Rochester Hills is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our Service team and handle scheduling for customers’ vehicle needs. Prior experience as Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent is a strong fit.

The role offers growth opportunities within a dealership environment, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential to thrive in this role.

Competenze

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our vibrant Service team responsible for scheduling appointments. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the automotive retail industry and gain valuable experience within a dealership environment.

If you have previous experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent, this role is perfect for you!

Compensation : Starting hourly wage with bonuses can reach up to $22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month from 8am to 1pm. On Saturdays worked, you have the option to take a half day on the following Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments for our guests to meet their vehicle needs
• Effectively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide appropriate guidance
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, texts, online scheduling, and live chat
• Offer advice on maintenance recommendations
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• 1 year customer service or appointment setting experience preferred
• Punctual, reliable, open minded and committed to professional and personal growth
• Proficient in computer skills, with experience in Gmail, Excel, and Word (dual-screen experience preferred)
• Strong background in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
