Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening for service needs, upselling where appropriate, estimating costs, and coordinating repairs to ensure first-time-right results. Minimum 1 year dealership experience and Michigan license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year dealership service advisor experience.
• Ford vehicle experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and CSI focused.
• High volume mentality and automotive knowledge.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record.
• Will be subject to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides timely professional service.
• Listens to inquiries, identifies service needs, resolves concerns, and upsells services when appropriate.
• Estimates cost and completion time; communicates with customers about status of work.
• Coordinates activities to ensure repairs are fixed right the first time and completed on time.
• Obtains written approval on repair orders and reviews for pricing accuracy.
• Documents repair order changes and explains charges to prevent surprises for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
• Departs from traditional ways of doing things to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
• Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
• Communicates with customers about the status of work.
• Coordinates activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time.
• Obtains the customers written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales. Inspects every finished repair order for proper completion, and pricing accuracy, and legibility.
• Meets or exceedsOEM Customer Satisfaction Index expectations
• Delivers the right car in perfect condition every time.
• Identifies repeat customers/first time customers and treats them accordingly.
• Answers incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
• Documents repair order changes.
• Eliminates surprises for customers by reviewing service repairs and their associated charges to ensure accuracy.
• Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year dealership service advisor work experience.
• Ford vehicle experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and CSI focused
• High volume mentality and automotive knowledge
• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record required
• Willing to submit to apre-employment background check and drug screen
