Job summary

Serra Rochester Hills is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic Service team. You will schedule service appointments, communicate with customers, and guide them on maintenance needs in a dealership setting.

We offer a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with two to three Saturdays per month 8am–1pm; Saturdays worked may qualify for a half-day Friday. Benefits include health plans, 401K, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills with Gmail, Excel, and Word.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments for our guests to meet their vehicle needs.
• Communicate with customers and provide guidance.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, online scheduling, and live chat.
• Offer maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.

If you have previous experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent, this role is perfect for you!

Compensation

Starting hourly wage with bonuses can reach up to $22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month from 8am to 1pm. On Saturdays worked, you have the option to take a half day on the following Friday.
