Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. seeks a Customer Service – Call Center Coordinator to join our centralized team in Hawaii.

You will answer calls, schedule service appointments, document vehicle needs, and coordinate shuttle or loaner services while maintaining calm, friendly customer interactions. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and typing at least 25 wpm.
• Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule (9:00am – 6:00pm) Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and outbound follow-up calls in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and follow-up with email/online requests.
• Identify and document service/maintenance needed accurately.
• Coordinate shuttle or loaner service as requested.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers including reminders and status updates.
