The Waldinger Corporation in Des Moines, IA is seeking a qualified Service Analyst to join our Des Moines Office. Under supervision, you will assist with answering calls, procuring parts and tools, back-up dispatch, and providing support to technicians in the Service Department.

You will handle administrative tasks including work order management, billing review, and coordination with local branches to ensure contract compliance and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of service analyst experience.
• High School Diploma/GED; Associates preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: Reviewal and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
• Branch Coordination: Builds and maintains positive relationships with local branches to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication to execute to client specifications.
• Contract Compliance: Understands and locates contract specifications to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, even with limited contract knowledge.
• Proposals and Quotes: Processes quotes following the Account Manager's review, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for clients per the client billing requirements.

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Service Manager, assists in answering incoming calls, procurement of parts and tools, back-up dispatch, and provides support to technicians.
