The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Warehouse Coordinator in our Des Moines Office.

Job Summary

Assists in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of equipment and parts.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels, ensuring all stock movements are correctly recorded in the warehouse management system. Conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies in inventory records.


• Receiving and Shipping Operations: Oversees the receipt of incoming parts, inspecting quality and accuracy. Coordinates the preparation and dispatch of outgoing parts, ensuring they meet client specifications.


• Order Fulfillment: Ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Coordinates with the service teams to address any order‑related issues or special requests.


• Warehouse Organization: Maintains an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing space utilization and storage methods. Ensures all materials and products are stored safely, securely, and are loaded into the tool management software.


• Tools Inventory: Issues tools and equipment to workers. Receives, unpacks, stores, and maintains records of tools and equipment issued and returned. Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.


• Transportation: Ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of materials from the pickup location to the designated delivery point. Safely loads and unloads materials, ensuring they are secure and undamaged during transit.
