Ideal candidates have prior service-advisor or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required.

• Ability to manage multiple customers, repair orders, and priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as their primary contact throughout the service process.
• Document vehicle needs and create accurate repair orders.
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate repair and maintenance needs.
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations to customers clearly.
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status, costs, and completion times.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer information in dealership systems.
