You will explain repairs in plain language, create accurate estimates, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed of progress. Competitive base salary starting at $60,000 with uncapped commission and strong benefits await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive service writing/sales experience.
• Proven customer service and sales performance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Windows, email, typing).
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Valid driver's license.

• Recommend services and repairs based on customer goals and technician assessments.
• Clearly explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
