The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) seeks an experienced Service Advisor for its Volkswagen dealership in Port Charlotte, FL. You will greet customers, identify service needs, document vehicle history, and provide clear cost estimates and timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, communicating with customers, liaising with technicians, and suggesting additional services to increase satisfaction and dealership revenue.

• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Liaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues.
• Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
