Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our U.S. service department. You will greet customers, assess repair needs, prepare quotes, and open repair orders to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will support the Shop Supervisor, monitor progress, and help ensure quality and safety throughout the service process. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of two years in customer service in a vehicle environment is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Relations or similar, preferably in a vehicle environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers entering the service department.
• Take and determine appropriate course of action for incoming service calls and requests.
• Assist in the preparation of quotes on repair jobs; write service orders and obtain customer approval.
• Open and close Repair Orders; monitor job progress and keep customers updated.
• Assist the Shop Supervisor in assigning technicians and promoting up-sell opportunities.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of departing work; finalize paperwork and daily cash schedules.
