Job summary

Nelson Cars is seeking a Service Advisor Trainee who is enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of our service department, guiding customers through their service needs and ensuring they feel valued from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll build relationships, take ownership of the customer journey, and work with a team that invests in its people to grow professionally within the automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer receives the best service experience.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
