Job summary

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and accurately document vehicle information and customer concerns.
  • Work closely with service technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns and test drive vehicles when appropriate.
  • Prepare repair estimates, explain recommended services, and review costs and timelines with customers.
  • Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates throughout the service process.
  • Communicate additional repair recommendations and obtain customer authorization before work is performed.
  • Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and thoroughly.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership policies and procedures.
  • Help achieve department goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
