Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians.
• Develop knowledge of service processes, repair orders, and vehicle maintenance.
• Learn to prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs and services.
• Facilitate customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service scheduling.
• Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
• Handle customer concerns and issues, working to resolve them in a professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and warranties.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and service reminders.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment.
