Job summary

Sammons Industrial is seeking an experienced technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment at customer sites and in the shop. You’ll apply strong mechanical and electrical skills to keep customers running and to support teammates daily.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and other equipment components.
• Perform advanced repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and preventive maintenance with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain accurate service records, tools, parts, and a safe work environment.
• Share expertise, support fellow technicians, and participate in ongoing training.

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Technical certifications and welding experience are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, provide your own tools, work at customer sites or in a shop, and participate in on-call rotations.
