AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey is looking for a Service Advisor to bridge Service Technicians and customers, translating technical recommendations into clear, actionable guidance and identifying ongoing maintenance needs.

In this role you will set appointments, greet customers, quote repair costs and time estimates, and pursue upsell opportunities while keeping safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront of every interaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers on arrival and assess vehicle needs via walk-around and test drive.
• Explain service recommendations in clear language and suggest upsell opportunities.
• Prepare repair orders with cost and time estimates and communicate with techs.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
