Job summary

Kia of North Aurora, part of the Gerald Auto Group, is seeking a Service Advisor/Team Leader to deliver exceptional customer service and lead a service-team environment. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as the bridge between customers and technicians to ensure accurate repairs.

Responsibilities include upselling services, providing clear estimates, and maintaining high CSI scores while upholding dealership policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Must greet guests and schedule appointments with a friendly, professional manner.
• Act as liaison between customers and service technicians to translate needs.
• Upsell additional services with low pressure and integrity.
• Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.
