What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
  • Assist Service Advisors in gathering customer information and documenting vehicle concerns.
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow to keep the shop running efficiently.
  • Communicate with technicians and the service manager to ensure clear, accurate updates.
  • Track parts orders, estimates, and repair timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the Service Advisor role, setting yourself up for future growth.
