A leading hospitalist company is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide administrative support for remote physician advisors. The role involves managing case requests, scheduling reviews, and ensuring efficient communication. This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.

ABOUT THE TEAM :
Sound Advisory Services provides high-quality concurrent and secondary case reviews and advisory services to hospitalpartners nationwide. Our unique approach includes both remote advisory services and the option for an onsitemedical director of advisory services.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the remote physician advisors and are the primary point of contact when issues arise.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Education
Minimum : High School degree or GED or equivalent experience
Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum : 2 years general business administration experience in a professional setting
Preferred : 3-5 years business administration experience in health care service delivery
