Job summary

Stonebriar Chevrolet is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the key contact for customers, knowledgeable about our products, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and service processes.

From greeting owners to explaining repairs, you will present a professional, confident demeanor and contribute to a seamless service experience. The role emphasizes effective communication, organization, and a proactive approach to customer

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service for customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by completing assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• Maintain high CSI standards.

If you are an Experienced Service Advisor with a track record of taking care of customers then this opportunity is one that you should check out.As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the key point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Insures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Maintain High CSI standards
