Enterprise Limited in Queenstown is seeking a personable Service Advisor to join a busy service team. You will be the friendly face for customers, managing bookings and service enquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up.

We're looking for a personable and organised Service Advisor to join a busy and professional service team in Queenstown. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping customers, coordinating moving parts, and being the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection. If you're a strong communicator who can build relationships, stay organised, and provide outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working closely with customers, technicians and the wider service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
• Welcoming customers and providing a professional first impression
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team
• Preparing service documentation, invoicing and administration
• Handling customer enquiries in a professional and solutions-focused manner
• Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience

About You

We're far more interested in finding the right person than someone with years of automotive experience – although don’t let that deter you if you do!
