Job summary

Capitol Chevrolet is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a world-class automotive retail experience. You will assess guest needs, coordinate repairs, and communicate estimates clearly in our service department.

You should have at least 1 year of Service Advisor experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Experience with X-Time or CDK is a plus, and commissions may apply.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent guest experience – on the phone, email, in the store.
• 1 year of Service Advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• X-Time and CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine needs, and coordinate vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK.
• Meet guests’ needs throughout the service process.
• Write Repair Orders, coordinate check-in and delivery, and communicate repair estimates.
• Update guests on progress and obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Advise guests on car care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specs.
