Job summary

Capitol Chevrolet, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional needed service to customers. The role supports growth with extensive training and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of dealership experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer data.
• Greets customers promptly and professionally.
• Provides written labor and parts cost estimates with timelines.
• Monitors repair progress and secures authorization for additional work.
• Test-drives vehicles when necessary and communicates findings.
• Maintains CSI ratings and follows safety policies.
