Qualifications

• 1-year of previous Service Advisor experience.
• Commitment to excellent guest experience across phone, email, and in-store.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• X-Time and CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine their needs, and coordinate vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK.
• Meet guests’ needs throughout the entire service process.
• Write Repair Orders, coordinate check-in and delivery, update guests on progress and estimates.
• Explain cost and time requirements, obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Advise guests on proper car maintenance per manufacturers’ specs.
