• Automotive service writing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Automotive knowledge and repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection results.
• Build estimates and present recommendations.
• Follow up on declined work and customer concerns.
• Help drive sales and customer retention.
• Support daily shop operations.
• Assist multiple locations as business needs require.
• Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achieved.
