Collaborate with our technicians to confirm diagnosis, estimate repair times, and track progress.

Prepare and present honest, detailed repair estimates that reflect the actual needs of the car.
Maintain an organized service department that ensures every vehicle is ready when promised.
At least two years of experience in an automotive service or customer-facing role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with automotive service management software and basic computer navigation.
Deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Strong ability to explain technical details in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Experience with warranty claims and manufacturer guidelines is a bonus.
