Job summary

Righters Auto Repair LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main communications link with customers, help them understand repairs, and guide decisions while maintaining organized workflows. You will partner with technicians to ensure accurate, transparent service explanations and a positive customer experience.
