McDonald Mazda West in Lakewood, CO, is seeking a commission-based Service Sales Associate. You will greet customers, present maintenance recommendations, and strive to increase service sales while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence and professionalism.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to increase service sales.
• Follow up with customers for approvals and updates with timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery and ensure satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios for improvement.

Compensation Overview (*only required for commission jobs, pay range for hourly and salary positions will be set up in req creation)

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $100,000

Experience & Qualifications Needed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required

• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
• Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
• Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
