Job summary

McDonald Mazda South is seeking an experienced sales leader in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on developing customer relationships and guiding the sales team to close deals while maintaining a high standard of service.

The position requires 5 years of automotive sales and supervisory experience. DMS familiarity is preferred, with a strong emphasis on team training and sales productivity.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive sales.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of DMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to enhance the sales process.
• Build a customer network and nurture relationships.
• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Collaborate with sales staff on programs to increase sales and close deals when necessary.

• Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
• 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
• 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
