Job summary

McDonald Mazda North in Longmont, CO is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader to drive the sales process, build customer networks, and mentor the sales team. The role requires a strong background in auto sales and supervisory leadership, with experience using Dealer System Management (DMS).

Qualifications

• 5 years of automotive sales experience required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Work with salespeople on programs to increase sales and help close deals when necessary.
